Stress less workshop

We all know what we 'should' be doing to reduce how stress affects us, but how do we fit them into our busy days? With 30 years managing an anxiety disorder and panic disorder, I've learned from the best counselors and figured out how to put a multitude of little practices into my day to the point where I now barely even think about it. Spend 2 hours with me looking at where you need the most help and what easy ways you could balance things up a bit. You'll come away empowered and with a plan and a booklet of ideas to try. $50 for 2 hours.

Massage

Add some deeper relaxation to your weekend. Let the world carry on without you for a while. Book a massage with Vikki, our professional massage therapist. $40 for half an hour.

Yoga/meditation

If you want to start your day with your own yoga or meditation practice, we will heat the studio and probably join you for a period of replenishing, grounding peace.

With many fabulous cafes, the busy Saturday morning river market, the remarkable Sarjeant Gallery, multiple art galleries, murals everywhere, and wide walkways and cycleways, there's a lot to see and do.
